Continuous improvement and education is a state of mind.
While there is no substitute for experience and application of knowledge in the real world setting, I firmly believe in training the mind just as intensively as you would train the body.
After obtaining my NSCA-CPT certification, I've continued to expand my knowledge by attending various seminars held by experts in their field, to name a few, Syracuse University's assistant athletics director for athletic performance William Hicks, 3x Strength World Record Holder Matt Wenning, and the EXOS Mentorship Program.
The Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification refined my knowledge of nutritional science and nutritional practice. The Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certification has covered key concepts including client coaching, change and sports psychology and behavioral change that allow me to coach a client to success with active and lifestyle unique processes.
The overall goal that I aim to achieve with these are to guide a client towards health, body composition, and performance success as simply and sustainably as possible. The personal training and coaching services I offer, take into consideration common obstacles and help make your health and fitness journey as simple and efficient as possible.
Athletes aren't the only type of high performers out there. You don't have to be a professional athlete to understand and apply what makes your body feel, look, perform it's best, in and out of the gym.
